We are proud of our field personnel. Many of our roofing and sheet metal foremen have been with the company for over twenty years. Their collective experience is a great asset, and is one which gives us great confidence that the job will be done right. Our total field staff is typically composed of forty to fifty roofers and ten to fifteen sheet metal workers.
Smither Roofing is proud of its affiliation with Roofers Local #119 and Sheet Metal Local #20. These unions provide a source of additional trained manpower during the busy season, but more importantly they have training/apprenticeship programs administered by each local's Joint Apprenticeship Board.
